Upgradation to ECC 6.0

My Company is going for Upgradation to ECC 6.0. I am at part of Updgradation team.

I'll be appreciate if you all please share your experience regarding updgradation like, What are the Important steps, what is the important things we need to keep in our mind while updgradation or any good material.
