Data loading problem

I have a question regarding data loading.

My data comes from ECC to the ODS and then in to Cube.

I ran package and data is availabe up to ODS, but not in cube.

On the Requests tab of the ODS, the last request in the "Data Mart Status" column says - Request not yet updated with datamart.

How can I update rerquest to Datamart so data is availble in the cube?

Make sure your data is active in ODS.

If you ODS is already a datasource for a cube and update rules are maintained on cube, right click on ODS -> update data in target.

Execute the package.

Data is activated before in to ODS. Do I have to re acivate again after new data load?

My ODS is a datasource for cube with update rules.

On the right click on ODS, I can not see update data in target. but I can see Additional Functions->Update 3.x data to targets. Is it the same thing you are talking? It is BI 7.0.
