How can i connect the PO no. to Document NO. pls specify the tables and fields.. tnx!

What document number? The material document which is generated when something is received against the PO? If so, check the PO History table EKBE.

the document no. that is attached to PO at tcode <b>ME23N</b>..what should i do?

If you mean, the document number in the PO history tab within ME23N, then all that is in the EKBE table.
