ODS Load issue

Hi All:

I have an issue with ODS load. After loading delta, When I go to the monitor, the traffic light is green. When I go to ODS manage, the traffic light is yellow. This causes no activation of data in ODS. I have to turn traffic light to green and then run activate ODS manually.

This seems to be strange. Any idea?
