Subscriptions in SMOEAC are not working

I have a problem with the replication object BUS_TRANS_MSG in our CRM prod system. I changed this to simple intelligent from simple bulk, basically implemented all the instructions in the OSS note 686880.

I have stopped all the queues, deleted the old subscriptions, I moved the request to CRM prod, I have my new publications , I created the new subscriptions with filters and assigned it to the old sites and saved it. But my new publications with the filter values or for that matter any publication with & without the filtering criteria is not working.

When I checked the table SMOHREPOBJ for the entries surprisingly the old replication object(simple bulk bus_trans_msg) is still active. I can also see my new replication object (simple intelligent bus_trans_msg) is also active. I can see all the old publications & new publications with the filters.

So Do I have to run any job (background job) or anything like that so that my old replication object(simple bulk) gets deleted from SMOEAC & it becomes inactive.

When I compared with the quality system I could see the old (simple bulk message) is deleted and I cant even see that in SMOEAC. I am guessing there is some background job, please if anyone knows about that let me know.

I have stopped all the queues right now and I have to reconfigure for old values and release the queues again.
