No generation performed. Call transaction GN_START

Hi,

I am new to the Middleware

Initial Middleware was working properly. After applying the support package I have started the initial download the following error has occurred

“No generation performed. Call transaction GN_START.”

“Due to system errors the Load is prohibited (check transaction MW_CHECK)”

I have run the transaction GN_START but there I have occurred the following error that is “Memo Conversion not yet complete - cannot generate Data Extractor service”

As per the SAP Note 637836

I have run report CMW_LOB_MIGRATION that is leading to short dump saying that

Runtime Errors DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

Exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

Our SP is up to the last in the market level.

Can anybody help me out?
