How to create a new client

Hi experts,

Currently, I have 3 client on SAP system(000,001,066). I login to client 000 as a user with super rights, and via Transaction scc4 create a new client 100. then i log off, login again with client number 100, username SAP* , and password "pass" to logon to SAP system, But cannot logon.

I logon to SAP system(client 000) and try transaction RZ10 to want to change login/no_automatic_user_sapstar to 0 in profile. but SAP asked me to specify the profile's name. i gave it as SAP_ALL which is the profile name of SAP*, but it said not correct.

Can you tell me what is the name of profile? so that i can logon to the system with sap* on newly created client.
