i have an urgent query to be resolved , which is in my organisation the weekly off is sunday and the company's policy in case of the workman is that if the leave taken by the workman has a weekly off then it should not be taken as leave and that day has to be paid to the workman. the workman has taken leave from 4th-15th, which has sunday and that has to be paid to the workman , so it would be appriciated if solution is provided to me how to resolve the issue.
