deactivation tool is not present in depreciation areas Tab

Hello!

I’d like to deactivate some depreciation area of some AuC by using AS92

transaction but I’m not able to for two reasons:

1) because the deactivation tool is not present in depreciation

areas Tab

2) because the WBS element settled on AuC has line items and

list of origins kind of settlement

Could you help me?

You probably will not be able to deactivate depreciation areas if the asset already has values posted against it.

hi,

goto AO21 for screen layout For Depreciation Area's (select 1000 or 2000 as per your config) in master data, make Deactive area as "optional".

assign points if useful
