Additional column in SLT replicated tables to know the last refreshed timestamp

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to know the last refreshed timestamp for an SLT replicated table in SAP HANA?
So, we are adding a column to all the SLT replicated tables in SAP HANA and defaulted that column to 'Current_Timestamp'. Now, the issue is that it works for inserts but not for updates.
So, how do we update this additional column with Current_Timestamp for updates/inserts and deletes?
