instalation prob

Hi all,

I am trying to use XI from my m/c. I have all the authorization with my ID. I am able to access the T-code like sxmb_moni, but when we are trying to access T-code like sxmb_ifr, we are getting error saying 'Page cannot be displayed'.

We have already checked all proxy settings and we have installed the correct version of JAVA.

Please help me.
