Hi,

I gave full authorization for every user in SD,MM,FI,HR.I need to lock SU01,SU3 transaction for every user. Kindly give solution.

If we do like this, they can unlock the transaction using SM01, since

they have all authorizations in SAP_ALL.

Only way is to create appropriate role for each of them and assign it.

SM01 Lock Transactions. Check Lock Option for Trasnsactions that you want to lock.

Hi

First you give user sap_all authorization profile and lock T Code SU01 and SU3 Via T Code SM01.

Second You Create a role and give him authorization SD,MM,FI,HR.sap defined

Hi Sekar,

Do not lock SM01. Then you cannot unlock it anymore as standard procedure as SM01 itself is locked.

You better control the authorization via S_TCODE and restrict access there.
