Hi ,
During inbound of finished goods from the manufacturing area , their is a need of quality
is need for the finished goods to through quality inspection .
I have created the IOT-4 for the inbound delivery document with document type : INBM and gave the step in the quality inspection rule as QIS , so that It triggers the POSC of the QIS and send the goods to the Quality Area . The inbound delivery is converted to q3 stock but the goods are not moving to quality bin . not sure what config I am missing .I have attached the screen shot for reference.
Hi ,
I tried using POSC for this scenario.
The steps I have given are QIS and IB03 .
The HU was moved to Quality work center but after the decision the say If "not OK " is given it moves to Blocked Bin with B5 stock type .
I have created a search sequence saying if it is stock type B5 it should move to Block area Bin .
The system is ignoring this rule and moving to Put away bin . but instead it should move to scrap bin or block bin that I have created .
This is happening perfectly if the source bin is GR-zone and not the line production area .
But this case , the warehouse is located in the same production area so it will receive the finished goods from the production area and not GR-zone .
Not sure what the issue or config I am missing .

Hi Rohit,
I Hope Quality doc created successfully.
Please check with Tcode /n/scwm/adhu and can be easily traceable.
Put your HU no, try to create and wpt, destination bin..etc will populate as per the POSC ( Rule based or fixed in POSC ).If not coming , Check the settings.
Please let us know if issue persists.
Kind Regards,
Ajit
