User Exit or BADI available for PPOME

Is anyone aware that a user exit or BADI exists for

Program SAPLOM_NAVFRAMEWORK_OO_OBJ

and

SubScreen SAPLRHOMDETAIL_BASE

Or Can anyone suggest that, is it possible, if any one creates a position, without filling all the possible details in the Basic Data Tab Page in PPOME, an error message is displayed, and data does not get saved.
