SAP Information Steward : Not able to Create Custom Package Builder.

Hi Experts,

I am facing an error while creating custom builder package. i'm able to access cleansing builder tab and able to give the name and upload sample data to new custom cleansing package but when i hit next button. i'm getting an error given below

Channel.Security.Error: The web service call failed. Fault code:

Channel.Security.Error. Fault string: Security error accessing url..

When i click OK then below is the error i get.

Unable to access the web server. (CUI-10001)

It's just that both the errors come one after the other. When i search in SAP Notes & KBA search below is the link.

referred SAP Note Number: 1906461. but didn't understand the resolution.

Did you check BODS CMC to see all servers are running?

yes i did. all servers are running properly
