Web Dnypro with SAP System

Hello Friends,

I want to call few RFC from R3 system using web dynpro application:

Can any one pls let me know the steps, or good docu which sumrizes the steps ?

Like creating view, then creating model, establishing SAP JCO connection etc....

one thing more, what is adaptive RFC model ? ( from fourms thread I guess it is required to establishe / call RFC from R3 system ? right ....
