Hi - I have question about general functionality for live target groups. So if I make a target group live, and then use this live target group as a filter condition in campaign design, the target group will calculate who should be in this group every time the campaign runs correct?
My issue is that i have 70 contacts on the live target group detailed page. However, when my campaign is executed it is only sent out to 66 people.
FYI I'm using 1705 Cloud.
As Matthias has already mentioned, please make sure that all of these 70 contacts have correct marketing permissions set so that they are allowed to be contacted by mail at all. If you know the 4 contacts that did not get any mail, you could also have a look at the Contact Fact Sheet to check its permissions for the specific email address.

-> Correct.
Live target groups are calculated following the same logic as the "other" target groups, difference is they'll be calculated "on the fly" and not saved/ persisted to a DB table.
Guess in your example you have to check the Campaign Exec. logs - is there maybe a permission check in the campaign active resulting in the lower number? Missing Emails...?

Matthias
