hi sap hr gurus

using tcode pvh1 or ooer, I did bdc for external instructor for training and event management,after recording ,i created the remote function module for dotnet. if he enters

the first name and last name it has to return the objid(external instructor id,which is created by sap).the table is hrp1000 and object type is "H". name is stored in stext

the problem is in bdc recorded the first name and last name,,but in data base

stored as stext,how to solve this issue ,can suggestion pls.
