Special Characters in RFC communication is not allowed

we are sending data from SAP EP to ECC via RFC . We need to know what are the special characters are not allowed in RFC communication?

Other than this maybe we can find more information once you have created the rfc's and then test their connectivity and based on that try to find out more.
