unable to notify integration runtime (ABAP) of data changes

Hi,

In the Integration Directory when i check the cache notification it is giving the following error.

<b>Unable to notify integration runtime (ABAP) of data changes http connection to "http://XI:8000/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=100" return the status code "403" in response.</b>

whereas in the integration repository i am not getting the problem and the status of cache notification is successful.
