Problem when undeploying a BP

Hi:

We have deployed through SDM a Business Package (MSS) and we now want to undeploy, we have executed SDM then we have selected the business package and the undeployment ran successfully, we restarted the Portal (EP 6) unfortunately in the Portal Content Directory we still have all the MSS contents like IView, Roles, Worksets, etc.

How we can uninstall all this stuff, we should safely delete from the PCD using right-click then selecting "Delete..."?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
