R/3 to 3rd Party

We are sending PO IDOCS to our Suppliers.

Once the PO idocs comes from the R/3 system into XI, we are doing a Xref with a DB2 table to convert the various information as per the Supplier needs and then we are sending it to the Supplier.

But this is causing lots of issues, we are using the Database Pool connection Technique.

Whether there are any other alternatives for the above scenario?
