User status

Hi Gurus,

Can we maintain user status similar to CRM in ECC.

I am going for a third party processing and we don't have billing and Delivery. But how to close the SO. We have a typical requirement of setting up the user status so the PO's GR status and IR status are picked up in the sales order and further pushed into CRM.

Please Advice.

You can item category to control the user status for line item. Please check Define Item categories in IMG
