Active Materials - Locating Them on OA's

Former Member

Hello,

I need to determine what materials, on OA's, are being actively ordered for our plants. I realize that some materials are ordered more frequently than others.

Specifically I am looking to find out:

1. What materials on the OA's are actually being ordered?

2. When were they ordered?

3. What vendors are supplying these parts to us?

Can someone suggest a report(s) that would enable me to compile this data?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Judi

Hi,

You may have similar reports for outline agreements -

ME3L -By Vendor

ME3M - By Material

ME3K - General Account Assignment

ME3C - By Material Group

My apologies.

OA - outline agreement; a longer-term arrangement between a purchasing organization and a vendor for the supply of materials or provision of services over a certain period based on predefined terms and conditions.

I hope this helps.

These are PO list displays

ME2L- By vendor

ME2M-By material

ME2N-By PO number

Fore Outline agreements you have the same choices in the list displays-ME3N, ME3L etc.

Hi,

I ran the ME2M. It gives me the data, but the exported material into an Excel spreadsheet is really, really messy. Any thoughts?

All of the three line disply reports download pretty bad. The ALV display repotrs download very well. You may have write some queries or reports for these.

It is a list viewer format available since 4.7 version. I believe it stands for Automated list viewer.
