Reg. Idoc

Hi,

I have an idoc in the form of a flat file on my desktop pc. I want to transport this to SAP (inbound) using program RSEINB00 and generate the actual idoc form this. Can you tell me how to use the program RSEINB00 breifly with the steps to generate idoc?

I have the file port and partner profile set-up.
