What can I do if I don't want any pop up while using hr_infotype_operation.

actually i am using bapi HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION

But i dont want any popup message when it updates records.

there is dialog mode in this but no one complete my reqirement.

can anybody help me

use dialog mode 0 (default).

actually there was an enhancement on my PA30.
