filtering of dropdowns based on user

hi,

when i execute a web report using wad

it will ask me user name and password.

In my web report i have four drop down boxes

based on the user these drop downs should get filtered.

what r the setting i should make

in my database table

for each user i have some data

so when he is executing the report he should get only relevant data

the charectors in the drop down r not authorisation relevant

if click that check box how to filter the data for this charectors based on user

so authorizations should act like filters for the authorized values for the particular characteristic

please suggest me.
