Hi,

I have created a Sales document successfully in CRM 5.0 and it is correct in CRM. But when It generated BDOC to Transfer to R3, the BDOC has error message: "No pricing procedure could be determined". So there is no Sales document in R3.

Could anyone help me?

Thanks,

Carol

Hi Carol,

Your problem will be solved once your CRM settings will determine the pricing procedure.

hi Carol,

perhaps you need check wheather in your R/3 system has the same pricing procedure

if you want to transfer your sales in CRM to R/3, the pricing procedure should be configure first in R/3. after that, just download it to CRM through middleware

hopes it helps

Hi Carol,

Do you have the same pricing procedure in the R/3 and CRM system.

IF not do that first and then try to send the documents.

Hi Carol,

Check if your CRM created document has successfully determined the pricing procedure.

Hi Pratik,

I check CRM sales order. It has the 1 error message:

An error has occured in the system DEV105 while copying the document

Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020

Diagnosis

Errors have occured while transferring the document into another system. Remove the error messages from the enclosed log.

Transmission log

No pricing procedure could be determined (Notification E V1 212)

Sales document 9000000003 was not changed (Notification E V4 219)

So It seem has error when transfer to R3. But All the Customizing and master data are transfered from R3 to CRM. the only difference is R3 use common distribution Channel and common division. But I don't know how the define common distribution Channel and Common division in CRM. Is that the problem?

If it is, Would you please help me to solve this problem of defining common distribution Channel and Common division in CRM?

Thanks,

Carol
