Need Details on Table /GBT/C_SYS_UNIT - Note 2383360 - System specific mapping of Units

Hi Colleagues,

We were looking for functionality to store all UoM and ISO units from all source systems to update material master correctly in GBT from all systems and to avoid any custom development.

Issue:

- Units have different ISO Codes in different source systems.

- Same Units has different dimension in different source systems.

SAP has released note 2383360 - System specific mapping of Units

- Need to know the purpose of table /GBT/C_SYS_UNIT provided along with this note

- How this table can be updated in GBT , Do we have some program to update the table

- Will it store all UoM & ISO unit for all systems in this table

- Will it solve the issue in Material master update in GBT related to units having different configuration in source systems
