Runtime Tab missing -J2ee Visual Admin

Hi

We want to maintain the PIRWBUSER in the PMIstore (j2ee visual admin )

under

Cluster ® Server ® Services ® Destinations.

but we are not able to see the "runtime " tab as mentioned in the following help doc.
