Multiple Ship Factor in Depreciation

Hello I have the following requirement.

I have created an Asset Class of Plant & Machinery of about 1000 asstes.But some assets among depreciating @ 4.75% (Single Shifts) and some assets depreciating @ 7.42 % and some astes depreciaitng @ 10.34% .

How do the customization for thisto meet client requirements.

Plz give me the steps followed for this.
