how to generate xml for add-on upgrade (LSOFE 600 16 to 604 5)

Hi gurus,

Wanted to upgrade add-on in my ECC EHP4 system.

From (LSOFE 600 16 to 604 5). if i download them manually, SAINT is prompting for xml file.

When i am using maintenance planner, there is no option to select this add-on individually.

can you please help us the exact method or alternative ways to upgrade only the above add-on.
