There's no one called expert here....
Read up on Authorisations and Transports.
Essentially you remove a role from a users authorisations in all the relevant systems, or if this is a new role encompassing a combination of roles that are not already in a composite role, create that composite in Dev and transport it through.
Just out of interest if you have no knowledge in SAP how does your boss expect you to work ???
