Wrong price and quantity

Dear All,

We are facing the following issue when getting price and quantity from SAP Ariba.

PI is sending the right amount.

The /ARBA/CONTRACT_UPDATE RFC function module is not changing the amount

The one changing the amount is the BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE

We also tried to create a contract thru the ME31K and the same thing happens.

So, any idea how to solve it?

your colleagues who wrote a KBA for that situation explain it with "usually caused by wrong or missing data in the BAPI"

The KBA is 2175976 - BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE: price overwritten from info record

there is also another OSS note explaining that you updates are not currently and lists about 30 relatively new notes with bug fixes which should be in the system
