How is LSO prepared for cooperation with CRM from external use (external participant such a customer) point of view (like external LSO facing)?
The intention of LSO implementation is provide web-based training not only for employees but also for external participants (e-learning web-shop). We need to use info between LSO and CRM to create participant account in an e-learning portal both for existing ones in CRM and creation new ones accounts via self-registration (user identity management). And also completed courses transfer from LSO to CRM is required. Is there some analytics for these purposes (e.g. participant behaviour within the e-learning portal)? Is there any support for loyalty program for using e-learning portal?
