Hi all,

I have raised a sales order with 4 line items and saved and delivery document also created.When im trying to make billing doc system is not taking the price of the items and giving as zero.What w ould be the problem......?

Hi,

If u r getting pricing in sales order then u might not have maintain copy control between the sales order Document type and Billing document Type .

This will solve ur problem .

Pl maitained the copying requirement at item level and header level between the two.

Hi cpdatt,

Plz go to Copy Controls from Sales Doc. to Billing Doc. and check the setting.

Check the value for the field Pricing Type at item Category level there.

Make it as A or G as per requirment.

Hi,

Copy control from delivery document to billing is not maintained properly.

Go to T. code VTFL, check the position for the copycontrol of ur document types. go to item level and check the pricing type field. Enter as G, Coopy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes.

this wld solve ur problem.

maybe the prices were inserted manually and in the copy control from delivery to invoice the price determination rule is B, redetermine all the prices, so they are missing.
