Characteristic Value not showing data

Hi,

i craeted Characteristic vaule on infoobject 0PU_BUDTYPE in BI 7.0 quersy designer. It's not showing any value in selection screen. Processing by selected Manual Input/default value. Also not bale to enter vulue in selection screen.

master data is present in the object 0PU_BUDTYPE
