Payroll ( Client wanted to do is to put taxes outside SAP)

Hi Peers

My clients requirement is to put the payments as it but the taxes it shouldn't calculate through the payroll it should be calculated outside SAP and just to give in Payroll for the sake of forms.

May I know how to go .
