hi jacky..

When you make any changes in Master data / Hiererchy , i.e. when you upload / update master data/ Hier. then in order to make these changes available for reporting. You have to execure attr. change run. This Run updated these changes in aggregates.

You can schedule this through process chain , using that process type. Or you can manually run it in RSA1-Main menu-Tools - Apply Attr. cgh.Hire run.

Then Select the objects to which you can to execute the change run from the Info Object List and then click on the Execute button.

Monitor the job in the transaction SM37.

Job starts with the BI_STRUxxxxxxxxx

Hi,

As name suggests, Change run is used to activate the master data that is updated into BW and as well to adjust the Aggregates for teh relevant Navigational Attributes.

Function used to have the reports updated with the new master data.
