No CEN information available in SLD after NWA central setup

Hello.

I'm configuring Netweaver Administrator as the central CCMS console. I've followed all the steps in the manual (I haven't used template installer, since it seemed to not work very well).

When I try to see my alerts I see this message: "No CEN information available in SLD".

This message appears in the troubleshooting section of the guide, I've applied the solution without success. I've also followed the recommendations from this url:

I'm using a SLD located in a different host than my NWA host (I think this should work).

I have also seem something strange: In Visual Administrator -> SLD Data Supplier -> CIM Client Generation Settings, the entries

sap.com/tc_lmwebadmin_mainframewd/webdynpro/public/lib/app.jar

sap.com/tc_lmwebadmin_sldwd/webdynpro/public/lib/app.jar

are missing, there's no app.jar under lib ¿¿¿???

Any idea to deal with this issue?
