541 Partial Delivery

Dear All

Is it possible to do 541 to subcontractor partially,.

Eg.

One PO qty is 10000/ and PO is containing 40 item.

One time i have despatch for 5000 qty.to do mannually maintion for each material

and can is it possible to next time whenever i will do the 541 system will show only remaining item those were not despatch.

means if we want to do 541 against one PO (qty is 10000,item 40) 5000 qty and system will show only Partial qty of 40 item According to 5000 delivery qty one by one.

Hi Pankaj,

This can be monitored via ME2O t-code system will show the qty which is balance to complete order, the qty part will be coloured with RED for balance to be sent to vendor.
