We have had a number of incidences whereby Service shopping carts are
losing thier pricing input, thereby causing the resultant PO to be
held. We have tried to replicate this issue with no success, but there
have been 4 occurences of this in the last week.
We are certain that the user is putting the correct information in when
creating the cart, because although the price seems to drop off the PO,
it IS visible when you use the monitor shopping cart option.
