I will have an input parameter IP1 that is user defined(direct- type date) and not applied on any of the fields of the HANA View. There will be another input parameter (type date )and is derived from a scalar function/procedure IP2 which reads the value of IP1. IP2 will be applied as filter on field of HANA view. User will have only IP1 as prompt or selection.IP2 should not be visible.Is this functionality feasible now.
This is similar to the concept of Istep 2 in Bex variables.
