Transport ID objects to DEV to QA

Hi

I have finished my config part and now i want to move the ID objects from DEV to QAS

I am using file based transport and i have separate SLD for DEV and QA . In SLD how to assign source to target Business system(Transport target), Is there any weblog on this

We are on PI 7.0
