    Hi ajeya,

In the TREX Administration console, they are no errors on preprocessing, on transmission and synchronisation.

The error is appear on the application log on the queue

      Well !!

I was assuming that there was problem on the preoprocessing front..what type of documents are not getting indexed. We usually encounter such problems when there are documents whose size is more than 20-25 mb do let me know will check with my colleagues..

      cheers

    Hello Alexandre,

check out so as to the documents are failing in which state..preprocessing ,preparation failed etc..then check against the same using the document id,selecting the index name in the TREX monitor .Under option display queue entries of TREX monitor..there should be detailed error displayed for the document. This may help to an extent to resolve the issue.
