Hello,
I need some help.
When i want to indexing some documents on TREX 6.1 SP 30, a lot of document provides an error.
This error is provider reported failure
Any one have an idea ?

Hello Alexandre,
check out so as to the documents are failing in which state..preprocessing ,preparation failed etc..then check against the same using the document id,selecting the index name in the TREX monitor .Under option display queue entries of TREX monitor..there should be detailed error displayed for the document.This may help to an extent to resolve the issue.

Here are some errors give by the crawlers for each document
ERROR Jul 11, 2007 8:18:28 PM /documents/Public Documents/Spider Project Documents/Phase 2/Project Documentation/Business Process Description/MM/BPD MM/BPD-MM-006 Intraco transfers.doc provider reported failure
ERROR Jul 11, 2007 8:18:28 PM /documents/Public Documents/Spider Project Documents/Phase 2/Project Documentation/Business Process Description/MM/BPD MM/BPD-MM-010 Subcontracting.doc provider reported failure
ERROR Jul 11, 2007 8:18:28 PM /documents/Public Documents/Spider Project Documents/Phase 2/Project Documentation/Business Process Description/MM/BPD MM/BPD-MM-014 MRP.doc provider reported failure
The crawlers provide 520 errors like this
I am on TREX 6.1 SP 30 and IIS they are some parameters on IIS ?

Hi ajeya,
I already try this.
In the TREX Administration console, they are no errors on preprocessing, on transmission and synchronisation.
The error is appear on the application log on the queue
