Hi

How to give authorisation for particular mvts for identified users.

1. We want to restrict users for mvts for 201,101 .. how to do that?

2. How to give authorasation for in MM Master/ Vendor master for selected views for selected/identified users.

Can anyone throegh light on these questions ?

Hi

Authorization for specific movements is possible by role maintenance and assignment to users. Role maintenance is a basis activity, transaction PFCG.

Similary, transactions can be restricted to users.

W.r.t. restriction of views, i doubt may possible throgh role maintainace.

Hi Radha,

I agree with Sai. For movement types authorization, use object M_MSEG_BWA and for authorization for material master views use object M_MATE_STA.
