BOM triggering

Hi all,

I want to create a BOM for a semi finished material "A"---01nos

for which the following are the components assigned to BOM

raw materail X- 10nos.

raw material Y- 20nos.

While creating BOM ,have to select " Make to Stock" and select discreete manufacturing.....

So, whenever i want to produce a semi finished material "A"-01nos, i want to explode or trigger the bom in which the raw material X-10nos, raw material Y-20nos. has to be consumed, is it possible to explode or trigger the BOM with out running any MRP ?,,,

plz help me out,,, its urgent,
