Data has to be loaded in Cube instead of ODS

Hi Gurus,

My poblem arises when there was some duplication in data records in the cube which used ODS.Now i am bypassing that ODS and directly loading the data into cube.

Please suggest are the following steps sufficient or i have to add or delete some steps:

1) Delete the data from Cube

2) Specify the data target as cube instead of ODS.

3) Delete all the previous requests and then load data.

Will these steps be sufficient?

These Steps are enough.

Or

Doing by 3 steps you can do by 1 step.

1) select the Cube --> right click & select Delete Data . this option deletes every thing.

And in the Info package --> Data targets (tab) select only Cube & deselect ODS.

OR

Check Duplication in Data records are related to master data.

Check if there is any master dat is loading daily into the cube.

If yes, goto the masterdata Infopackage & inthe Processing (Tab) --> See only PSA & Delete duplicate records Option is selected or not.
