components in sap crm are transported on to the internet in an ecommerce scenario...

for example..

if a marketing cmpaign is created in sap crm....how is it transported on to the internet....

Hello Naren,

in a Marketing Campaign you can define a Channel which sends out E-Mails to a Target Group. You can incude a Survey as a feedback channel in the Mail.
