Prorate calculation based on absenteeism

Hi Gurus..

Actually i want to write 1 PCR for calculation of Attendnace incentive.I need ur help in writing this PCR, Its very urgent hope to c ur reply ASAP

This pro-rate method is purely based on absenteeism..

For eg:If 1 day of absence is detected,the allowance amount will be reduced by half & if 2 days of absence detected no allowance will be paid out.

Absence that are factored into for the calculation of this pro-rate factor are as follows

Absence Type Description

0200 Sick Leave

0210 Hospitalization Leave

0610 Absence without leave

0620 No pay Leave

Based on Eg of Attendance Incentive which is paid out at 120$

No.of Absent days Amount to be paid out

0 120$

1 60$

2 0$
